Why i think it's a doll ?? because there 's a lot of forum or website with artist or amateur who take pics of silicon deluxe dolls.

I've seen a number of pics of the real dolls, in various poses, but never any in a standing pose. The may be some photoshopping, maybe a lot, but I can't believe this to be a doll pic.
