I'm no biologist, but I don't think that was actually a baby hippo that was eaten by the snake. You really don't get a good look at the animals head, so it's hard to make a positive ID.
Plus, Anacondas are native to South America and the geographic range for the hippo is sub-Saharan Africa, so it's doubtful that the two would cross paths in the wild. But it could be at some type of nature preserve that would have both species.
My guess it that it's a capybara or maybe a tapir, both are favorites snacks for large anacondas.
