I actually think it's good to revive lost threads if a old thread topic interests you enough to post in it...not like this place couldn't use more traffic in any form anyways...
I agree that it's better to revive a thread instead of having multiple duplicate topics. In some places creating duplicate topics is even a moddable offence.
Moddable offence...? Those places don't sound like fun places to post at all hahaha...where moderators are really getting into prosecuting offenders🤣
