Moving it to a schedule II substance doesn't make it any less ******* without a ************ dumb fuck. The classification only recognizes it as having some medical value.

From what I know most Mary Jane laws are made on a state level.
Not Federal.
But how many things that used to be governed by the states are now governed federally?
Too many to list. A lot.
Mary Warner is no different.
Keep in mind how many pot users are in prison and the court system now.
Keep in mind that **** use crime is a major income generator for the courts, the jails, the police, probation departments, rehab programs, ect ect ect. Even the businesses who supply prison food have a stake.....as does the big ******* companies who see the legalization of wacky tobaccy as competition..
Legalization of it hurts these businesses.....and they are businesses make no mistake.
I don't see Trump getting involved in this too much if at all.
I can see HC doing all she can to help these businesses, especially if they line her pockets.
That seems to be her modus operandi.
And the only way to do that is keep people locked in concrete cages for possessing weed.
Not Federal.
