i dont know about you people but i dont use refined table sugar either.

and no, i dont not believe the total bs of them being processed the same way. maybe the bodily process is technically the same, but the chemical make up of the sugars are different and will require different times and different levels of insulin. different sugars affect blood levels differently too.

if they were the same, they wouldnt be different.
