the new type of implants are called "memory gel". they are silicone but it's different than the old dow corning ones that could leak. the memory gel ones can be cut in half and they won't leak. they're kind of like a big gummy bear. i know that sounds funny but that's how the doctors describe them. that might be a little more info than you wanted but i found it interesting when it was explained to me.
i had them done here in scottsdale 3 months ago. they are so soft and natural feeling...i love playing with them.

Plus they're real cheap because doctors don't need a ton of insurance.

I found it very interesting what you said about your implants. Since they can't leak, it sounds like they are a lot safer than the old silicone type. That's great for women who want that little bit of help, but don't want to risk their health.
