Dinalt Jan 25, 2005 #2 Hi RM1000 Try this one - DVD-SVCD. This converts DVD or AVI's to VCD Premium Link Upgrade
Dinalt Jan 25, 2005 #3 Or try this one - it's shareware, but does give a 30 day trial. Ideal if you only want to back up what you've got now: Premium Link Upgrade

WankerCounty Jan 25, 2005 #4 If you have a MPEG, Nero can convert to and burn SVCD format. AVI's have to be converted beforehand.
Dinalt Jan 25, 2005 #5 Almost forgot - if you've got easy CD platinum, easy dvd or a full version of Nero, there should be an option to make a VCD on that as well. (Saves downloading extra software).
