Help with ID "Stevie"

Hey all, I have done searches for "Stevie" and encountered only a handful, none of whom match this amazing woman. Does anyone have any idea who she is? The video starts off with "STEVIE" in one of the frames, but it may possibly just be a little bleedover from a title sequence; not sure if that's this actress' name.
I'm stumped! Thanks in advance.

wow...no one? I noticed she was speaking french in some of the scenes...maybe that would help- although the other actors were english...
