Who had the better scene in Pulp Fiction? Harvey Keitel as Winston Wolfe, or Christopher Walken as Captain Koons?

I have to agree, Keitel's roll was better. I will say this though, no one could have pulled off explaining that uncomfortable hunk of metal in their ass, story like Walken did.

All three scenes with Harvey Keitel were better than Christopher Walken's lone "gold watch" scene. Walken's scene was good. Keitel's three were just better. Stupid John Travolta. If he had holstered the *** they would never had had a problem.

Although no one beats Samuel L. Jackson's quote from the Book of Ezekiel in the two scenes. The diner scene being the better of them. IMHO.

There's room for discussion here. Keitel's character, his style, and his inexorable efficacy - this makes him one of the best roles in the film, and on a scale of 10, Harvey gets an 8.9 with what he did with the role.

Walken's character is a limited one with a powerful effect on the story. His scene, the exposition involved with the watch, it's critical to the subplot, but his role is very limited. Nonetheless, Walken gets a 10 of 10, for what he accomplished with his role.

Character - Harvey, Scene - Christopher

Keitel has much more room, and his scenes have way more interaction, and feature a dead body, which adds a LOT more drama.

Walkens had to create all of his drama on his own, just sitting opposite a ***. He has a much deeper (Pun intended) impact for the young man, growing up. A classic example of such scenes, everyone of us has experience such a scene or two, probably not with some clock from your dead *****'s buddy's ass. But then again, maybe your story is even weirder. Life writes some pretty crazy stories.
