Strangely phrased but possibly spot on. I would not stop taking the meds without medical supervision, however.

Yea, just cutting off certain head drugs can cause issues. You may need to ween yourself off. Find another doctor, and thin that shit out man. You Might get by with one fucking pill a day. This guy sounds like a fucking menace, that likes to solve issues by medicating patients.

I forgot to tell ya'll my docs say I have "Learned Helplessness."

According to Wikipedia "Learned Helplessness is a condition in which a person suffers from a sense of powerlessness, arising from a traumatic event or persistent failure to succeed. It is thought to be one of the underlying causes of depression."
