Help Identifying a Movie

I am curious what movie this is from:

It reminds me of a scene I saw from a porn movie way back in 96 (I assume the movie was older than that).

The movie was basically about this blonde girl who was attempting to get a sex/strip club together where people could come and watch people fuck. The last scene has her walking in on three of her "performers" having a threesome in one of the display areas. The girl has longer dark curly hard and is getting fucked by one guy, on her back, while giving a blowjob to the second guy. At one point during the movie the blonde girl is at home, I think, and fucks this guy and I believe this is that scene. I don't think I ever knew the name but I think this set of clips is from that movie.

I found a link to this whole scene and it isn't from the movie I'm thinking about. That brings into question whether Rhonda Jo Petty is even in it.

I recall there being a scene where two people are in an office and start having sex on a black leather couch. Just after they finish the blonde manager lady comes in and yells at them for possibly ruining the couch.. Etc... The movie ends with the scene I described earlier. A girl with long curly black hair is fucking two guys. She is on her back and one is missionary between her legs while her head is tilted up blowing the second guy. My guess is that it is an 80's or 90's flick.

I think the girl in the last scene was Ariana Florinda or Ariane Florinda but I cannot find much on her.
