Oh the fond memories of mIRC chatrooms back in the nineties!
We had a local chatgroup we met after work etc. There was a new guy, and on his first visit to the chat, he asked, hey, I am 'guest1117', how can I change that nick like you guys did?
One our buddies (Yeah, he is an IT guy, admin, too :1orglaugh ) wrote:

See, this is just 1 of the many reason's I like to come here . . . all the helpful hints from good people like you!! LOL
Anyway, since I last posted I downloaded Chrome to give it a test ride! So far so good, the only thing I've run across so far is when I hover over the Chome icon in the task bar, it doesn't show all the tabs I have open like IE, just the top page. But what the hey, I think I'm gonna like it!
And wouldn't you know it, know the original problem in IE is gone & back to normal! ha ha ha!

Oh another thing with Chrome, when I chick on a video it just gives me the option to save it, When I looked in Chrome help, it want's me to download a Firefox media player. Are Chrome & Firefox built on the same platform??

If youre gonna go with chrome you should get the Chrome Iron version..........its stripped down and runs better.
And your question:
tools - internet options - general tab - days to keep in history(your choice) - Colors (your choice) and uncheck use hover colors.
If that doesnt work try system restore.

Well let's see, it too late in the year to mow lawns & we don't get snow, so it looks like I'm screwed till next spring!! LOL
And as far as banks, what would I do with all the extra money after I bought the new puter?

Well been using Chrome for 3 days & liking it so far!
Still don't know about the video thing, I really like WMP, does it work with Chrome?
Oh another thing (ya I know I'm being a pain in the ***) when I hover over a link, the little info bar shows up in the bottom left corner same as it did in IE, but there's nothing in it to show what the link is. :bang:
