Which part are they enthusiastically shooting at civilians?

I don't remember the exact minute in the series, but I recall the convoy discovering a group of people and opening fire (while driving by) without even confirming that the people were armed much less military. One of the guys was obviously enjoying himself and wasn't showing any regret when they discovered that they shot at least one woman with her *****. One of them even says something like "So fucking what?".
