Have you ever been electrically shocked by both 110v and 220 volt ?

had 415volts,putting mcb in 3 phase board breaker had a metal din rail holder not watching i crossed it between yellow and blue phases, result burnt hand distribution board blown off the wall, and half the area i was working in had no electricity
moral,turn off the electric!!!
numerous 240v shocks(trick is not to grab as electricity causes your body to "contract"if you play with electric always turn your hand around use the back, dont grab cables)

I work on electric motors so I've taken 1000 volts before but since it was little to no amps it was basically like a stinging feeling. I know other guys who have really electrocuted themselves and they said it was painful, we're talking muscles contracting like crazy pretty much all at the same time.

this thread made me curious, so i just shocked myself with both. at the same time.

I had 110 on my left testicle and 220 on my right. the right one still tingles more.

about a dozen years ago at the panel. All I remember was a blinding bright blue flash, a pop and taking some big steps backwards

The arc rendered the tool useless but the insulated handle may have saved my life.

Haven't touched anything but 12 volt DC since

2 times, by 220 volt when I was a child... Surprisingly, but I was lucky enough not to suffer from it much: both times I was able to withdraw my hand immidiately. All I felt was kinda rough "bite" to my finger and fear...

I broke a lightbulb while changing it on a alumium ladder in a leaking garage with water on the floor, got quite a zap!. Lucky I fell! That did hurt more though...

Being truley dumb at 13 years old!
