I understand a change in the system if people were perhaps ******* it but I'm often hit with ""You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ____ again." And I can't give rep to someone who may have helped me, the last time rep was given to the same person may have been months ago and in between I've given other people rep. So yeah a little confused.
Not a huge deal but would be nice to give extra acknowledgement to people who have helped me is all.
