he condition is called harlequin fetus or harlequin type ichthyosis where in all cases the child dies within a few hours of birth. It is not flesh that covers the child but it is scales, caused by a thickening in a layer of keratin (the fiber structures that make up hair, skin, nails...etc).
Ok to me, in my oppinion, they should kill the baby to end its pain and suffering.
