hamill vs bisping: WTF were the judges watching?!

ufc fans who caught the fight this past saturday,

did you see that ridiculous judges decision?

it was so fucking obvious matt hamill won, but they called bisping by split decision. i like bisping a lot. but i was going for hamill this fight, he deserved it.

anyone feel the same about that bogus decision?

Before the fight started I was rooting for Bisping but I started to loose a little respect for him during his walk to the ring. He was acting like the fight was going to be a walk in the park.

It was kinda funny how much shit Bisping talked after the fight, especially considering that he most defiantly LOST.

Missed the fight but gutted about the decision being so close. He's a top fighter and only lives round the corner from me.

If they would fight until somebody gives up, the ref stops the fight, or somebody is knocked out there would never be this problem.

who cares... both are average fighters. Nothing in comparison to Wanderlei, Rampage, Shogun and Liddell - who are all in the UFC now.

Bisping is still fairly young and has a lot to learn.
He's only been in UFC a short time but has a hell of a lot of experience to bring with him. He will only get better in my opinion, every fighter needs a knock as a wake up call.
He can't honestly think he would get to the top immediately. Give him a year or two and he will be up there with the best.

I don't know why Hamill didn't press the ground game. I didn't care much for that fight though. And I thought the Cro Cop/Kongo was most disappointing.

as an avid ufc viewer i was shocked at the bisping decision.
i could make a case for bisping winning one round, but i still see the fight as 30-27 hamill. here is an article from one of the judges explaining his decision

Well from what I saw in that article a rematch is going to most likely happen. I'm all for that.

I was a big Bisping fan during the show but they judges made the wrong decision. I had Bisping winning one round. Hamill probably would have won the fight easily if he brought it to the ground. Both are very promising fighters. Hamill is a great wrestler and his stand up game was much improved with this fight.

im still pissed about the decision. its not right to give a guy a loss when he didnt fucking lose. that can be devastating. i hate to see bogus calls like this in the ufc. its bad enough we have to deal with joe rogan's stupid ass, now this?
