Halle Berry is said to be releasing a album next year, to prove she's more than just an actress. What y'all think about actresses turn singers, personally I can't think of any thats any good besides Barbara Streisand.

Surprisingly G. Paltrow isn't bad - she did a duet with Huey Lewis a few years ago that was actually pretty good.

Nicole Kidman did 'Something Stupid' (the old Frank Sinatra song) with a Brit singer (whose name escapes me at the moment) that was great as well.

I doubt I'll run out and buy this though...I'm not a Halle fan. She can't be any worse than some of the other clowns out there.

Why do Actors/Actresses always think they can sing? And why do Singers need to do acting as well? Don't they have enough success to satisfy their egos, or what?

I must be showing my age Barbara Streisand is a famous actress singer from the 60s, 70s etc, brilliant vocalist. Who the hell put Robbie Williams that has to be a joke. I like Halle, hope she does well with her new album.
