No, I haven't watched any of the videos. I never knew he had a chanel, until now. I did see a documentary on Netflix, or Prime. I can't remember which, but I haven't got to that yet. I'll have to check some of the videos on youtube.

Wow. That is some fine instrument.
Isn't it. I some how feel dirty wanting to hear Orange Blossem Special, or Devil Went Down to Georgia played on it, instead of something classical.

Or having it repainted glossy white so you can play "Mandy" on it and it fits the white tuxedo

I would burn it first!

It wasn't on the video, but a couple of the models come in a deep purple burst, that looks amazing over a figured maple top. I personally find the bourbon, iced tea, and cherry bursts still to be the most attractive, along with the wine red colors. But at least they're trying new things.

I used to have this model in this colour, wine red. Sadly, we had to part ways, the usual thing, financial hard times, had to sell my Fender Princeton Chorus, too.

Man, I miss this baby!!!

I always liked the "Studio model". Even though the binding, or the figured top look good, it doesn't make it sound good.

Today, would go for a more chambered model, probably some tobacco sunburst colourscheme. But ultimately, I have to feel an instant connection, if the colour etc. is not ideal, it's feel and tone that decides

I really want to get a Tele, but can't see myself throwing down cash like that just because these two guys used it before. Just checked, you can get a Player or Performer series model for 1.500 Euros. Used for under 500.

I would suggest checking Reverb.com. or Sweetwater.com, they both sell used gear, as well as new. I saw an article for a new Gibson cash grab. They're doing a limited run of 150 black Les Paul's based on Eric Clapton's 3 pick up version he used on "Disraeli Gears", then gave to Albert King. They want TWENTY GRAND each! Fucking Gibson is getting ridiculous with these things.

This is one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever seen in my life. Typically a new EDS-1275 will run about $10k, and they come in white and wine red. This is a spectacular example, and I would love to know what it went for new. I have also seen another example for sale, with a gorgeous purple paint job, over a flamed maple top, and gold hardware. It was going for a little less. I can't really manage 6 strings, let alone 12, but if my wallet was feeling a little overstuffed, I would buy it just to put it on the wall, like a piece of art.
