Seems like the (legal) mystery is about whether or not her father has parental rights, and whether or not he signed for her to get married, along with her mother. From what I understand, if he needed to sign and he did, they're good to go. But if he's still in the picture and he didn't sign, ol' Horace might meet the same fate as he did on the island. :eek:

I think 18 is the minimum legal age of consent in most states... unless the parent(s) signs for the minor or the minor is emancipated by the courts. So if this is legal, it's legal. If it's not, I'm sure someone will file a court case or ten. The moral case isn't as clear (IMO), because I have my doubts about how innocent she is to begin with. I read that she had been in the Miss Teen USA pageant last year at 15. Soooo, she REALLY is 16! And she REALLY does attend a Christian Academy. And they say hypocricy in religion is a dying art!
