if you copy paste 1286952640553.jpg in google you'll find several links to 4chan.org with the very same picture of her, on of these guys in this thread says her name is "Kari"

I looked a bit into it, and the closest I got to an ID with the same name would be Kari Sweets, but I'm still not convinced it's the same girl.

It's not even safe to tell if Kari is her real name so it could still lead to a dead end, but at least it's something
