On this site that the TinEye gives, they are talking about the 'lips' of this 'mysterious' woman. They are saying something to the effect that when her lips are like the way they are, they look like a 'duck's bill/beak'. I'll break it to you softly...and try not to be as 'painful'. If you were wanting a actress/model/pornstar/etc......no can do...Her name/FB profile (of which I will not mention...you'll have to find it yourself)...is listed as being posted by Ahm3d, posted on 08/02/2011 (Febuary 8th). I was able to rasterize/vectorize the photo along with the profile picture...perfect match...
