Was this a single image you found on a webpage? too bad it's a picture of pictures. I tried cropping each of the individual pictures but the resolution is crap. I also looked "black bikini white socks" since it is an unusual combo, but that just generates a bunch of clothing sale websites 
I do think this one will get solved because she likes to pose and because of she is a 10 she is probably featured on instagram, and also because she has a distinctive tattoo on her arm.
