Google is so smart. I ran across this little tip today when I was trying to do a currency conversion of US$ to Euros. Cool!!!!


Calculator

To use Google's built-in calculator function, simply enter the calculation you'd like done into the search box and hit the Enter key or click on the Google Search button. The calculator can solve math problems involving basic arithmetic, more complicated math, units of measure and conversions, and physical constants. Try one of the sample expressions below, or refer to our complete instructions for help in building your own.

I know there were a lot of hidden things you can do with Google.

At one time, you could parse "Weapons of Mass Destruction", click "I'm feeling lucky" and it would go to a site with a whole big thing about GWB. It's changed now.

It used to be on google maps that if you wanted to go from the USA to Europe, it would plot a course that would say for you to swim some 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. This link works, but I believe Google Maps eliminated this "easter egg".

I really like Google, but I have to say some of my favorite memories of Google so far have been mess ups. Like for example a couple of years ago you could search for condoms, and one of the ads would be plugging "new and used condoms from eBay". That and the Bush-completefailure thing. At least I think that's what it was.

You can do currency exchanges and rates with your fingers and toes! My *** was a currency trader in NYC and even he couldn't do that!

Yes. This is how they helped Chinese authorities wipe away their history of important human rights violations via blocked internet access while keeping records on who asks for what "disident information".

I can do trigonometry, vectors and conics in my head without needing any rulers or calculators or google for that matter

In fact, almost everyone does.
Everyday.

Most of us just don't realize it, that's all
