42. When you go to buy bread in the grocery store, have you ever wondered which is the freshest, so you 'squeeze' for freshness or softness? Did you know that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day has a different color twist tie.
They are:
Monday = Blue
Tuesday = Green
Thursday = Red
Friday = White
Saturday = Yellow.
So if today was Thursday, you would want a red twist tie; not white which is Fridays (almost a week old)! The colors go alphabetically by color Blue- Green - Red - White - Yellow, Monday through Saturday. Very easy to remember. I thought this was interesting. I looked in the grocery store and the bread wrappers DO have different twist ties, and even the ones with the plastic clips have different colors. You learn something new everyday! Enjoy fresh bread when you buy bread with the right color on the day you are shopping.

Don't forget Gatorade for Migraine Headaches. PowerAde won't work!:cool:

Unless the bread is baked at the grocery store itself (in their bakery), there is a 0% chance that the bread you are buying is anywhere close to being fresh.

Having a great deal of sunburn experience (all the way to third degree burn level) and 2nd degree burns from an exploding radiator, to heal completely, not peel, and have no burn scarring use some white wine vinegar, rub it on and the pain decreases quickly, So does the odor...

Any sugary fruit will cause mold to grow...using either a small amount of plain water or some moist lettuce is the best reefer moisturizer...I [ahem] have a vast amount of personal experience in this matter.

Thanks Philbert, will try the lettuce... I'm in Tx too, could be smokin the same shit, lol. Killer creeper for me... Always 5 o'clock somewhere, 4:20 too...

NO! Don't do that! When you get a burn the skin needs to be able to "breathe". By rubbing tooth paste on it you will only worsen the burn. My mom once was cooking something and got burned when the oil in the pan jumped out when she added something to it. Our maid told her to rub toothpaste on it, despite my warning to do otherwise. It turned out that the places where she rubbed toothpaste not only took longer to heal, but she still has scars from the burn. The best way to treat a minor burn is to let cool water run on it. :hatsoff:
