Going To *****...Rituals

Is there anything you have to do every single night in order to fall ****** or to help you fall ******? Do you have a routine of steps that have to come in the right order so you can get to bed?

I have never ***** well personally, and always found it a bitch to fall ******, and even worse to stay ******. Any thoughts on ********?

When i finally head to bed, my cat is following me - and always, always fall ****** before me. :cussing:
 
I wish I could even do that, but it's impossible for me to ***** in front of a TV. I don't even have cable so it's even more of an improbability.

I wish I was a cat or dog, so I could ***** all day, and not have to do anything...oh how jealous I am of Dawn's cat...:*****:
 
Yeah, I have tried that for a long time. Trouble is, I just moved, and live in Downtown Minneapolis. Downtown anywhere is fucking impossible to *****. But my ******** troubles have gone on long before I moved. It's been a few years. I have even been to see the dreaded doctor about it, and he seriously did nothing.

I have cable and too many times, there still isn't anything on.

Cats have the life. But, they don't have opposable thumbs and don't live that long.
 
I have no routine. Therefore my ******** routine is messed. I'll stay up till 7am then **** up at 12 pm and stay up till 7am again....

The problem? The technology in my room. Laptop, PS3, TV, computer with 3 screens.... Man, I **** my room. lol

I can see that. I never had a computer in my room until now, but all that adds to is watching porn when I am unable to *****. Maybe I just subconsciously **** *****.

Dawn - That simply gets old...:1orglaugh I am psychically tired, but I just can't seem to slow down and ***** in my head.
 
I have the radio on Radio 5 for the talk. I have it just loud enough to hear the chat so that I can listen if I don't drift off. They have news every 30 mins and it's not often I can remember hearing it.
 
I use a fan to help me *****, just to keep some noise going, and that helps quite a bit, but falling ****** is still such a pain.
 
Suffering from insomnia, I always find it hard to fall ******, what I do is try to coold down the room as much as possible and the waych about 3 hours of tv :dunno:
 
I usually fall ****** while watching TV, so I keep it on while I lay in bed. Either that, or I ***** some Nyquil.
 
I've always had a problem going to ***** myself. My routine usually involves taking a hot shower, brushing my teeth, and then reading until I get drowsy. The key for me is to exercise that day, and have clean sheets on the bed. Those two things really help!
 
I'm a pro sleeper. Yet I have the most trouble fallnig ******. Usually tied to thinking too much. Depends on what happens in my day.

I have no routine that I can think of. I just shut off all the lights, gotta have my door closed, and then just head under the covers and find the most comfortable spot. Takes me about an hour to fall ******.
 
1: Take 5 mG melatonin an hour before ********. Refill the ****** glass.

2: Wank off or sex my girl. (In case either of these are missing, skip to 2.5)

2.5: Take a diphenhydramine 25 milly. Down contents of glass, refill it halfway.

3: Turn on the PSP, lay sideways playing some mindless enjoyment that I won't mind turning off halfway thru. (Final Fight, Captain Commando, Sudoku, George Thorogood - One bourbon, one scotch and one ****)
