Sure they do. But, I have a lot of compassion for these folks... what with their cars breaking down, and having to walk around with clothes that don't fit them properly. It's rather clear they are getting hand me down pants or, having to take what they can get from the shelters.

Isn't that just a miracle that these pants don't come down? I have one at work, walking around like that. I can't leave it, everytime I see him going I shout his name as hard as I can to trow his attention on the facts that his pants are falling off, and I'll keep on doing it untill he's so annoyed that he wears them the way pants should be worn.
 
sagging is fucking retarded. wear a belt, and wear your pants on your hips not below your ass. it makes no sense. the ONLY place it makes sense is in prison, where it originated. which unfortunately is the reason that its more often than not a minority whos doing it.

It does look ridiculous.
The only way I think to get Black Americans to end their stupid fads is if White people start doing it a lot too.....then they stop,
and eventually whites stop too.
Then, if all works out ok it stops.

I don't care what they wear...but fucking wear it. I don't wanna see some guys ass, or underwear...and if he doesn't cover it, he's exposing himself to me, and I have a problem with that.
