I use the 1-10 scale for how pretty a girl is but if its just a sex thing she is either "fuckable/doable" or shes not. Kinda like a 0-1 scale you mentioned.

1-A variation on the 1-10 scale...but we use 1-100
2-How much would you pay to fuck her?
3-What would you do to fuck her? This is usually followed by a series of ridiculous possibilities like "I'd lick your balls just to have the chance to watch her fart naked"

A 1-10 system is for reference purposes only. Such as "Dude, I fucked a total 9 last night" or "I once dated an 8" But if all you are looking for is a fuck, then the system is redundant. A simple yes or no will suffice. Either she is fuckable, or not. If all you want is sex, the girl being a total bitch is irrelevant. If given the choice, for a simple fuck, you are gonna take home the 9-rated bitch, not the friendly, personable chunk a tunk.

That kind of defeats the purpose of a 0-10 scale. That's not even a scale. That's just yes or no.
