Gianna's weight has fluctuated very dramatically since she started in the business. She started out thin but curvy (altho still voluptuous & beautiful) )For some time she was was rather heavy (altho still voluptuous & beautiful) and then lost a lot of weight (hence the unfortunate stretch marks on her breasts) and now she is rather slim (altho still voluptuous & beautiful).
