dude, she is probably some chick who needed money that answered an ad or something. The chances of finding her are pretty slim.
 
She did a major stint as a model on camwithher.com, while living with another model "sarah". Should be clips on the likes of metacafe.com. Believe she had her own website after this called Gianna's Playground, not sure of the name.

Your story makes sense. The owner of ET often had models from the PA as well as NJ. Many of them did a good 2-5 months worth of work and then quietly returned back to their lives. She also worked with some other sites located in the New York area. I may be wrong, but I think she just stayed in the Northeast part of the country.
