I know it's popular to talk about Columbine and more recent events in the US, but we have been ******* en masse for centuries, including young teens at school. It's only been more recently that such events have been sensationalized by the media.
"The worst" event is depending on how you calculate "worst," with Columbine and latter events being bested by one in the '60s, yet several others during the Depression (although those were common and often under-reported).
Before much of the modern media, the US had a history of even greater ********. Most of the bans on public display and other, local laws were not in conflict with the 2nd Amendment's right of ownership in the home and when outside the locale. E.g., the DC *** ban not only went beyond that, but did little to stem ***-related crime.

Well not neccesarily change the IRA have started ******* people again after 30 years, but all of what i just said has happened in the space of 1-2 weeks, and the media will only report something that's shocking in the slightest to it's audience they won't put on the news everyday every single crime committed while armed or people ********* each other wouldn't be a shock it would just be boring. But we have change as well, society is more hostile than it was years ago, these days people don't even want to know their neighbours. Or help anyone who may be in distress, just carry on with their lives.

And again we have the ridiculous public discussion about how horror movies, heavy metal and ego shooters infect and destroy people's minds and make deadly, remorseless, numb zombies out of us all.
That it happend in Baden-Württemberg, one of the more conservative German states, proves that more censorship and the ban of (even) more movies, music and games will definately not prevent the problem. But the ****** was obviously a *** nut. He had 15 (some say 18) guns at home. Never heard of that before (at least in Germany). You know what the ****** of one of the girls who survived (in one of the classrooms the guy went into) said about it? "I always thought something like that happens only in America, but apparently America has come to us!". Well, at least there are still things the world can learn from the US.

The problem with them always accusing the fact that the teenagers who have gone on these ******* sprees before all enjoyed gaming, rock music and horror movies anyway, thats what teenagers enjoy so why is it that not all teenagers are *** wielding psychopath's if all the psycologist believe these interests are the problem?

From what I understand, it's mostly the psychologists, who say that it has hardly anything to do with horror movies, video games or music, because these are just "outlets" in most cases.
The ones blaming some of most teenagers' favorite passtimes are some politicians (especially the far right and left wing) and the part of the media that likes stiring up **** and fear and thrives on drama and exaggerations (part of the yellow press or the "sensational press" or whatever you call it). At least in our country...
