German medical flick ID anybody?

I think it's German, probably early 90's. Any help with the ID would be appreciated.

Its not easy from one pic. I can tell you the guys name.
His name is Conny Dachs, but I think this wont help you much since he "acted" and still "acts" in a lot of porn movies!

I'm also not sure, mostly because I can't recall this scene in the movie, but both actors (Conny Dachs and Daniella Rush) appear in "Die Spermaklinik". So it could actually be "Die Spermaklinik". To be honest, the movie is somewhat older and at that time I watched it mainly because of Gina Wild. So my memory is a bit...sketchy....
