Don't get me wrong, she is still very hot. I would never try to claim she isn't, because it simply is not true. That said, her newer appearances will never have that impact they would have, for me, if she had gone into them as the same natural Gemma she was when I first saw her glamour sets several years back. It just wasn't as sweet as it could have been for me.

But hey, Gemma got the surgery for her own reasons. I just don't see why she felt like they were needed. There were few women in the business who were as naturally gorgeous as Gemma Massey was back then. There still aren't many.
