Garlic bread, sticks or toast?

Re: Garlic bread:thumbsup:, sticks or toast?

Garlic bread or sticks are fine. This cheap garlic toast bullshit has got to go, though. There's a method to these things, and putting garlic butter on cheap grocery store bread is not the way it gets done.

The top picture (cheese bread?). I DO make a killer cheese bread if I do say so myself. I should've went to cullinary school and became a chef. :o

The most critical aspect of a good cheese bread is the bread, of course. Fresh French bread I find tends to work the best. Then really lather on a ton of butter (the poor man's extra virgin olive oil) and good mozzarella and provolone. Done deal. Dip in marinara.

Garlic Bread and lots of it. French stick or baton, cut down not across with lashings of garlic and parsley butter.
