I encourage all managers to choose a custom team name because it's so much more fun to play Charlie's Angels than Charlie's Team.

Some hints for chosing a team name:
Take an adjective that describes your team (e.g. wicked, naughty, dirty, filthy, wild, pretty, shy, evil).

Combine it with a noun (e.g. witches, dames, divas, stars, sinners, angels, chicks, babes, cowgirls, slaves, dolls, lesbians). Animals are fine (e.g. beavers, swallows).

Instead of the adjective you can also name your team after the city or area you live in. Nicknames of cities are great, too (e.g. Sin City, Angel Town, Windy City, Steel City, New Amsterdam, Big Apple).

Wordplays are fun, sometimes (e.g. Cosmonaughties, ANALphabets, ORALists, Bitchelorettes, ASSassins).

Now you can combine those ideas and create your own team's name. How about the Big Apple Pies?
