The beginning of the draft will be announced here and via personal message!
The order of the draft will be the same order we finished
last year's regular season. New managers will pick in the order of their registration.
For fairness reasons managers take turns drafting performers in a "serpentine" method, i.e.
the owner who picks 1st in the odd rounds picks last in the even rounds.
Once a date is announced the first manager may pick his first performer on this date by posting here.
From the moment the first manager posts his pick the second manager has 24 hours to post his pick.
If someone misses the timeframe for his pick, that's no problem. He may pick whenever he is online again, but cannot choose one of the performers that have already been picked, of course.
Example:
Draft begins on January, 2nd.
"Manager A" posts his 1st pick at 11:00.
"Manager B" has to pick until 11:00 of the next day (24 hrs), but he posts his pick immediately after "Manager A" at 11:05.
"Manager C" has to pick until 11:05 of the next day now (24 hrs), but he posts his pick at 19:00 of the same day.
"Manager D" has to pick until 19:00 of the next day now, but he doesn't post. It's "Manager E"'s turn now.
"Manager E" has to pick until 19:00 of the next day now, but he posts at 10:00 of the next day.
"Manager F" has to pick until 10:00 of the next day now, but he posts at 15:00 of the same day.
"Manager G" has to pick until 15:00 of the next day now.
Before "Manager G" posts his pick "Manager D" becomes aware of missing his pick! No prob, he just posts his pick now and the next one ("Manager G") has 24 hrs for his pick.
This way, even if someone misses the whole draft he can pick his team at the end.
I'll make it easy for those not willing to check regularly by sending a personal message if it's their turn.
