This was a tough choice- ten years ago, I would have said Homer Simpson, hands down, no contest... but the Simpson's have really fallen off the last decade or so and the new Homer is just dumb dumb, not clever dumb like he used to be.

Stewie Griffin is way funnier than Peter Griffin- he's mostly just a bad Homer-imitation.

I voted for Cartman, though- everyone's favorite sociopath.
