The whole damn track is amazing. What feel. That guitar sound kills me. And the recording sound— fucking classic.

Funk? No.

This track definitely grows on you.

But it says funkiest tracks, not funk tracks.

Indeed, it is "Funkiest" and not "Funk." You are 100% correct. (I was more commenting for the Funk purists who might scowl.)

:)

I always liked Mary Jane by Rick James (and any Rick James for that matter), Some Sly and the Family Stone, Victor Wooten, Bootsy Collins, and some Red Hot Chili Peppers (Blood Sugar Sex Magic era).

....And of course "Get on up" and "Papa's got a brand new bag" by James Brown...Funkalicious

I'm only teasing. Proper funk is quite a bit before my time to be honest with you. So I just posted what I'm liking at the moment.

I love what you're sayin' bro, but it's time we all start invoking
the name of Eddie Hazel whenever we talk about Funk—
for the kids, you know?

:flame: Funkadelic - Red Hot Mama:flame:

And for the hardcore lovers:

:flame:Eddie Hazel - Houston 1979:flame:
