Pink Lady apples. I just discovered one of these beauties in our fruit bowl at home, and maybe I was in one of those appreciate life moments, but I was wowed by how good they are.

My favorite was a cross between Pink Lady and Gala. After I ate the few I bought I've never been able to find any more to buy. I've looked for years. I definitely like apples on the more tart side.
