Frog legs are good eatin'. In some ponds, and lakes, salamanders make for good large mouth bass, or northern pike bait. Actually, frogs do to.
Frog legs are surprisingly decent. On the fishing side, I have seen some pretty big strikes of those frog lures. They're pretty neat.

Yeah, I had a really nice one, but I lost it in the lily pads. But actually, I was referring to live frogs. I know, it's harsh, and I haven't done it in years, but in the right place, at certain times, they would produce.
