I don't think this is one everyone is referring to. At the very end of the video it says 2008, but it is possible that she held onto this video this long or maybe she put the wrong year on it.

And technically she doesn't finger herself in the video. She more strokes herself, she doesn't actually penetrate herself. Or at least, I can't tell if she is. The image quality of the video is leaning towards the poor side.
