Former NFL Coach Dennis Green Dead at 67

As a Bears fan I will always remember his "They are who we thought they were" meltdown speech. One of the best ever.

I just goes to show that being a NFL head coach is a pretty difficult job all things considered. Unlike what most people think they work like 80+ hours a week during the season, have everybody ready to jump on them at the slightest sign of fault or mistake, and even the best get kicked to the curb quickly if they have a few bad years. That's all in a sport with a season with a only a handful of games where fluky circumstances and weird bounces often decide games as much as skill. Sometimes I can't blame them for going nuts. It makes me wonder if it ages people and takes years off their lives, sort of like how presidents age fast once they are in office.
