Dear Bob,

I prepared a special holiday pasta dish of farfalle (bowtie) pasta with a tomato sauce made of tomato paste ,onions, garlic, Italian seasonings ( rosemary, basil, oregano and parmesan and Romano cheeses)
The sausages,were hot link and pattie sausages.
Sure was good.

Looks yummy. Bowties are good to have in the house. They are great in soups also. I don't have any but my little Italian deli down the block does. I'm not ready to make sauce right now since I just spent this weekend doing my chicken stock. I may cave in though because that deli also makes and sells their own sauces and I have some of their sausage. The chicken stock use may have to be postponed.
