Based on the watermarks, she seems to be a reporter for channel "Rete 4" in Italy

Their main news program is apparently TG4, http://www.tgcom24.mediaset.it/tg4/

There's a list of anchors/reporters on there, but none of them appear to be her. So maybe she's new, maybe she's old, or they just don't list all of their reporters on their website.

Maybe someone else will come along and dig deeper, because I can't find her there.
