"Flexible girls" are actually much more common than you think. (The only difference is most of them who took gymnastics do not take off their clothes ! Go to your neighborhood dance school and you can see they train for few hours a week at the dance school and two to three hours at home) LOL !
If you go to Las Vagas, make sure you go to see "Cirque Du Soleil". It is not an ordinary circus. Girls in the "Cirque Du Soleil" can perform any twists and turns and it is almosts a live sex show but a real eye-opening exotic show with nude and topless girls performing acrobatic movement.
I think they open a new show last year and currently have two different shows in Las Vegas. They have "flexible girls" from all over the world.

There are also genetic factors to allow them to twist and flex into different positions. Environmental factors and intensive training in acrobatics allow them to perform well in different flexible positions.
Mongolian and eastern Russian girls from Siberia have genetic predeposition to flex and twist their bodies.
Mongolian girls are the best "flexible girls" in the world and they played in the circus in Las Vegas.
Those girls you see in these kind of websites are mostly Russian girls who have intensive training in gymnastic in early years!
