Fitness

I spend 45 minutes on my elliptical every day, it keeps my heart/body in shape. I mountain bike in the woods several times a week during good weather months.

I don't however, train for races or anything of the sort. I have no desire to compete like that. My motivation is to be in good shape, to enjoy life, and to extend my life.

I run on the treadmill lift weights everyday.
I often go to the gym aswell, although recently i have just been on the treadmill in my house.

I do **** bottle lifts. 3 or 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps every day. It's working wonders on my mid section. :****:

I play Rugby and bike around but in order to let a nagging muscle hernia heal up, I've had to go well over a year without exercise, so I'm not in as good shape right now.

I run/jog.
I usually run around 5.5 miles a day. However, on non-work days, I take it a bit further. Ten miles is getting to be nothing. So far, I am up to 18.5 miles in one outing, and slowly working towards more. It feels great.

I also love to run...I have done a few 5k's including The Warrior Dash (i highly recommend this) and I just starting doing some lifting....For most of my life I was not very fitness minded but something clicked for me this year and I'm loving it.

I do a lot of hiking so I do spend 3-4 hours a week in the gym working out so I have the stanima for the walk along with hauling a 30-40 pound pack around with me.

I'm much more of a weightlifting (pardon the pun) buff than I am with aerobic activity. Doing cardio is fairly agonizing for me, but I enjoy jumping rope and biking when I have the time. However, it takes nothing to get me into the weightroom, and my strength definitely shows (both in my work there and on my body).

I took a really big **** and ****** out once. Must have burned at least 500 calories.

I do some weights on weekdays, play basketball on Saturdays and baseball on Sundays. After the game on Sunday hang out with the guys and throw back about 5 to 6 beers.

I tried training for a mountain bike race once. I'm also thinking of joining Premium Link Upgrade . I love biking.

You should be the last guy to post links.....I'm not clicking on that mufucka.:D

used to do rugby, but now that I'm over 30 that doesn't make much sense. Was going to do a triathlon this summer (110 out when the race took place) but missed the deadline. I'll do it next year, plus, thinking of joining the local CrossFit chapter in the meantime

I play pick up games of lacross, ice and street hockey every Saturday for several hours.

you 2 pricks are into mtbing? I just got into it myself. Great fun! As for the fitness, I take that as collateral damage. I don't do it for fitness, but it'll surely whip me into shape. Thanks for posting in my thread about mountain bikes :thefinger
