I've used several different add-ons and tricks in Firefox to make downloading porn much more convenient. The
pornzilla project lists some useful bookmarklets and add-ons. The ones that I've ended up using most are
Linky and
Pterodactl, altough Linky seems to have started acting up a bit sometimes and doesn't find the image links or any links at all from a page.
I used
Save Image in Folder before but found Pterodactl much more efficient to download galleries. Before that I used an extension that saved images to one pre-determined folder according to the filename extension and generated subfolders automatically according to the domain name of the site. I don't remember its name and I don't think it's maintained anymore.
I would definitely like to see a Firefox extension dedicated for freeones that would make it easy, for example to transfer browser bookmarks to the MyFreeones Bookmarks section. There are a lot of other useful features to consider, but that came into mind first since I seem to neglect the MyFreeones bookmarks section otherwise. That would increase privacy as one could transfer all the links to here and clear them from the browser. No more Awful Bar popping up porn links at those moments when there's absolutely no place for a porn bookmark to pop up (though there are ways to disable that). :crash:
For streaming videos,
Flashgot has worked quite well in most cases. Adblock and NoScript are pretty much a given for any sort of surfing.
