Well, I am searching for my soon to be ex husband/childs ******...I filed for ***** support about a week and a half ago and iam just searching fo his current information to give to the office to help speed up the process, also to file for divorce. I don't have his current address, place of work, or phone number so this is why I am asking.

If nobody knows don't worry about it, they will find him soon enough I suppose...just wanted to speed up the process and get it over with! The govt finds deadbeats all the time with only a ssn guess ill just be patient...

Dont know about the states, but back home I´d contact the tax office for that kind of information.

in my experience they tend to not get in a hurry about anything...
Some things cannot be rushed. If you do not know where your spouse is you must perform what is known as "diligent inquiry" to find him yourself.. After doing this, you will be able to sign an affidavit explaining how you searched for the spouse and where. The notice of dissolution or divorce then can be posted as a public notice in a newspaper or elsewhere. If the spouse is not a willing party to the dissolution you will have to wait for the court to grant and order ***** support. Does the ex work? You mentioned something about felony charges or convictions. If he becomes incarcerated then you will have to locate assets if any.
There re a ton of things to consider here, he sounds like a model citizen and could have fathered a ***** with another woman. I see this all the time. Keep in mind that the process varies from state to state.
