What kind of a gimic or hook?
By gimic or hook, it would be adding one more dynamic to the scene. So you need the two girls and the strap-on to do the scene, just add one more entity to it... like a guy, or a jacuzzi, or baby oil, or chocolate, or all of those. The 2 chicks and a fake schlong alone can be boring unless the gilrs are SMOKIN hot and very animated.... but that sounds like a hook to me.
