I think you might be on the wrong board for this type of question. I don't think I've seen anime/hentai discussed once here before; this is mostly for live-action.
I know what you mean -- most hentai I've seen usually involves robots and ****. And are you sure you want English dubbing? It's always bad in these sorts of productions because the "serious" voice-dubbers stick to more respectable anime.
Ogenki Clinic is a series of anime and manga that has some pretty nice images (once you get past the fact the guy grows a face on his disk when he's aroused). I've yet to see any clips around, though. (Remember this board doesn't allow postings to uploaded videos and the like, so we're pretty much restricted to sites that offer those 30-second sample clips, with the occasional exception).

occasionally posts links to sample clips of "normal"-looking hentai, albeit generally of the big tit variety. In fact I just checked and they have a couple posted today (the page refreshes with new links every other day or so). Other TGP sites occasionally do so, too. As with most TGP pages, Joggs may redirect you to another, similar index page on the first click or two (keep trying or copy the link and you'll eventually get there). The TGP redirects are often to similar pages which may also have Hentai links. Word of advice, though, is don't click blindly on TGP sites without good virus production (or a Mac) as some TGPs are virus farms. I've never had a problem with Joggs, but beyond that, surfer emptor.
